About The Video
“Hurt Me”: This is a story of two people, in a relationship past its expiration date. Our heroine is a troubled woman who uses her addictions and troubles as a vice to get at her partner. When that fails, our couple realizes their passion has fizzled out.
About The Band
Formed in 2009 in San Francisco, Vandella draws their music from Motown, classic rock, Southern rock, folk-rock, blues, and modern-day sounds of indie pop-rock. It’s like if Ryan Adams (Whiskeytown) was backed by The Band, Chris Robinson (Black Crows) stepped in with The Byrds, or Jenny Lewis (Rilo Kiley) took over in Uncle Tupelo. It’s 1970s country-rock via 1990. Their album, “Fire in the Desert,” will be released May 4th, 2012.
